Your Role in Our Mission:
- Management of long-term inventory storage within exterior storage buildings.
- Responsibility for inventory transfer between long-term storage buildings and requesting departments.
- Complete and/or assist with inventory cycle counting within and outside of department as assigned.
- Process appropriate paperwork and documentation on all incoming chassis.
- Maintain chassis spreadsheet to appropriate locations.
- Point of contact for Sales related questions.
- Create appropriate documents for each chassis.
- Create and place all completion stickers for each chassis.
- Assist with yard work as needed.
- Assist with transportation of drivers.
- Maintain teamwork and collaboration with production and management personnel regarding production needs.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferable in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including effective listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and ERP systems such as Epicor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
