- Develops and executes a successful business plan in a respective territory which meets and exceeds annual budget and forecasted sales goals.
- Develop and expand our presence with existing and new products offerings to existing and prospective customers.
- Regularly track progress on sales activities as well as execute the initiatives/actions as established with the Business Manager.
- Effectively create and conduct sales and product presentations to customers, distributors, and end users.
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
- Promote positive relations with customers, vendors, and distributors.
- Actively engage, cultivate, and manage sales relationships to ensure coverage surrounding programs, special events, public announcements, and other projects.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
- Ability to travel up to 80% with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to multi-task.
- Proven track record of working successfully and independently in a sales role.
- Demonstrate superior time management skills.
- Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customers and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
